RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

At Team Spirit Sports, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a comprehensive return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.


Returns

If you receive a garment that is deemed faulty, we are here to assist you. You have 30 days from the receipt of the goods to make a claim. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, tags attached and packaging with all labels. Include the original invoice or receipt. We will promptly repair, replace, or refund the item to your satisfaction.


Refunds

After inspecting your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees apply unless the return is due to a defect or our error.


Customised Items

Team Spirit Sports does not accept returns on items where sizing or personalisation has been included incorrectly. As these are custom items tailored specifically to your preferences, it is the customer's responsibility to verify the details before confirming the order.
