Since taking the helm of Team Spirit Sports in 2015, owners Jeremy and Jarrod Lipscombe have transformed their childhood passion for sport into a thriving business. With their roots deeply embedded in a sport-loving family of seven and extensive experience in volunteer roles within the sporting community, they understand the challenges faced by sporting clubs firsthand.

From its humble beginnings with just two staff members, Team Spirit has experienced remarkable growth, now boasting a dedicated team of over 40 professionals. This expansion was driven by a commitment to addressing the gaps left by competitors, including enhancing customer service, communication, timely delivery of orders and a quality which is unmatched in the market.

Fast forward to 2022, this marked a significant milestone with the addition of a much larger second warehouse onsite at the Mid North Coast head office. A vital step which further facilitated increased capability for growth and supported their mission to provide a broad range of high-quality sportswear and uniforms. This expansion not only reflects such impressive growth but also underpins Team Spirit Sports ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to sporting clubs, schools, and businesses across Australia.
