Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices are in $AUD (Australian Dollars) and exclude GST unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to adjustments without prior notice. A 50% deposit is required to initiate orders, with full payment due before dispatch.

Shipping of Goods

Team Spirit Sports exclusively employs reputable courier services such as Aramex, TNT, and Australia Post. A consignment number will always be provided for traceability. The shipping cost will be specified in the quotation. The risk of the products passes on to the customer upon pick-up by the courier service. Team Spirit Sports will not be held liable for goods lost or damaged during transit.

We provide proofs for design approval before production, but monitor colours may vary. Customers are responsible to review and approve proof for accuracy. We do not accept responsibility for approved errors. Customers must ensure designs comply with copyright, trademark, and licensing.

Branding

Team Spirit Sports reserves the exclusive right to affix the Team Spirit Sports logo on all custom-made garments.

Cancellations

All orders must be communicated in writing via email. Once an order has been received and processed, cancellations and alterations cannot be accommodated.

Amendments

Team Spirit Sports reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms and conditions.
